The Square Yard accommodates up to 80 guests for intimate events with a large open area of approximately 900 square feet and a secondary hall area with prep/staging area (including refrigerator and sink).

Parking
Every event rental comes with two complementary reserved parking spots that can be also used for loading and unloading during the event.
Additional parking is available on the street and in two parking decks around McDonough Square. Street parking is free after 5 PM weekdays and all day weekends.

Event Rental Time Slots
Morning - 8 am to 2 pm
Evening - 3 pm to 9 pm
All Day – 8 am to 9 pm
Booking Process
Complete our reservation inquiry form below. We will contact you to confirm availability and book your event reservation.
Additional Conditions
- You must be 25 or older to rent
- Reservations must be made at least 48 hours in advance
- Rentals and deposits are to be paid by credit card (sorry we don’t take cash or check)
- No kitchen is provided, but outside food prepared by you or from a DPH licensed business is allowed
- All decorations need to be removable (command strips or removable tape). No nails, pins, or anything that makes a hole please.
- All setup and tear down needs to be done during the allocated time slot. Please allocate time at the beginning and end of the rental period. You must be out by the end of your time slot to allow our cleaners to prepare for the next rental.
- No paint, glitter, confetti, silly string, putty allowed
- All trash must be bagged and can be placed into the dumpster in the alley
- You are responsible for actual damages (not limited to the $100 Security Deposit)
- Excessively loud music is not permitted (we don’t want to disturb Pasta Max diners)
Payment Schedule
When reservation is made $250 Reservation Fee (Non-refundable) - applied toward Rental Fee
